"I saw one of the first tapes that was completed and I just thought, wow, what a great source of information and encouragement for people who are newly diagnosed. It's a very scary thing ...and they have these videos available where women are actually talking about what's really going on, what's really happened, the side effects they've actually experienced or the life experiences they've actually had as opposed to reading something in a medical journal that you can only half understand or having your doctor tell you some of the side effects or some of the information but not everything. I think it's a great opportunity for a lot of women who, who need these questions answered and may not realize they have these questions or may be afraid to ask their doctor. "Well how is this going to impact my child or how is this going to impact my marriage or impact my career or my sex life." I think its wonderful that there are these tapes available so that people can listen to real people talking about real things."
